GENERAL CONTRACTED CONDITIONS

ADDITIONAL CHARGE                                                                                                                                 

FOR ALL NEW AND EXISTING BOOKINGS FALLING ON PERIOD OF STAY 31.03.14 AND ONWARDS THE "TOURISM DIRHAM" FEE OF  AED 20 (6$) PER EACH ROOM/BEDROOM, PER NIGHT WILL BE APPLIED BY THE HOTEL AND WILL BE PAID DIRECTLY BY HOTEL GUESTS DURING CHECK-IN.

The rates are for FIT bookings only and not valid for Groups (10 rooms and more)                                          

MEALS POLICY                                                                                                                               

Horizon - All Day Dining Restaurant. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served on the buffet and can be availed at the newly renovated Horizon all-day-dining restaurant. 
Rosso Italian Restaurant-Lunch and Dinner. A special a la carte menu is served with 24 hours prior booking notice. (subject to availability)
Benihana Japanese American Restaurant-Dinner. A special a la carte menu is served with 24 hours prior booking notice. (subject to availability). 
JB's Gastropub-Lunch and Dinner. A special a la carte menu is served with 24 hours prior booking notice. (subject to availability)  
Fumo Shisha Lounge-Dinner – open only from October to May due to hot weather conditions. A special a la carte menu is served with 24 hours prior booking notice. (subject to availability).  
Sundeck Pool Bar-Lunch. A special a la carte menu is served with 24 hours prior booking notice. (subject to availability).

For Half Board Dine Around, Full Board Dine Around and All Inclusive Dine Around, special a la carte menu can be availed in the listed restaurants with 24 hours booking in advance. However, on 31st of December only lunch will be offered for Half Board Dine Around bookings.

New Year Gala Dinner (Compulsory) on 31.12                                                                                                      

New Year Gala Dinner has two options and guest can choose celebration in the Horizon Restaurant or In the Benihana / Rosso Restaurant.
Minimum stay of 4 nights is required during New Year Period (27.12-04.01)

ROOM TYPE:

Classic Sea View Room - A 42 sqm area with either a king or twin beds, balcony with partial view to the Arabian Gulf & The Palm Island

Family Classic Sea View Room - A 42 sqm area with a king bed and sofa bed (200x140 cm) with an option of complimentary extra bed when needed, balcony with partial view to the Arabian Gulf & The Palm Island.

Premium Sea View Room - A 42 sqm area with either a king or twin beds, balcony with a view to the Arabian Gulf & The Palm Island.

Family Premium Sea View Room - A 42 sqm area with a king bed and sofa bed (200x140 cm) with an option of complimentary extra bed when needed FULL view to the Arabian Gulf & The Palm Island.

Club Rotana - A 42 sqm area with either a king or twin beds, balcony with Partial view to the Arabian Gulf & The Palm Island. With access to Club Lounge

Classic Suite - A 87 sqm area with a king beds,balcony with a view to the Arabian Gulf & The Palm Island With access to Club Lounge.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY                                                                                                                                    

In case of Early Departure - Full duration of stay will be charged on the meal plan booked.         

In case of amendments to the length of stay of a confirmed booking, this will be treated as a partial cancellation and the given Early                                                                                                                               

Departure policy will apply.                                                                                                                                     

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY                                                                                                                               

Check-in: at 14:00; Check-out at 12:00 Noon.   

Check Out is not allowed on 31.12                                                                                                               

Arrivals before 09:00 hours will be held and charged from the previous night.                                                  

Early Check-in or Late Check-out subject to availability for an additional charge.
